Bon Iver at AIR Studios (4AD/Jagjaguwar Session) (by boniver)
This was a project completed in 48 hours for the student contest 48 Hour Repack .
Here’s the long description:
This was a package I designed for a annual student contest called “48-Hour Repack.” The contest had four different items to repackage, one of them was charcoal. I replaced the common bag that charcoal is sold in with a geometrical pyramid package. A handle in the back offers a sound grip when transporting. Ready-to-light charcoal cancels any need for lighter fluid. The pyramid shape contrasted next to a paper bag offers the viewer a new visual experience and may appeal as a superior product, while still staying cost-effective.
That really humbling/awesome/prideful moment when you realize that the girl you love does better better work than you.

I had a linoleum block lying around for sometime and I got inspired to use it, so I chipped a quick word out. That’s when realized I needed a press; and viola the redneck press was born. Thanks to the truck and all it’s hefty-ness I was able to print’er out.
A personal project of a friend tying a fly and doing some fishing from shore in Florida. I used Final Cut to edit and After Effects to motion track.

Thanks Brandon for the talent haha and Sharon for all the help!
A self inspired project, projecting real statistics about distracted driving in America. The amount of distracted-related car crashes are insane. Save time, money, your life and possibly the driver down the road; don’t fiddle with your phone and drive!

Fin Media is a fictional design company located in Sarasota, Florida on the Gulf Coast. Inspiration for the identity was taken from the water. The Rhythmic lines form the signage which is encapsulated by a circle. I wanted the design to feel smooth, so the writing remains open and repeats the circular feel. The Fin signage is tiled throughout the printed material.
